1. Terms & Conditions
ServicesWisteria Planning Co. provides wedding and event coordination services, including day-of and month-of coordination, timeline creation, vendor communication, and event management support. Exact services are defined in individual client contracts.
Booking & Payment
A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date. Dates are not reserved until payment is received. Remaining balances are due according to the client agreement. Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of services
Cancellations & Refunds
All retainers are non-refundable. Refunds for any additional payments, if applicable, are governed by the signed client contract.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely event information, including vendor details, schedules, and venue requirements. Wisteria Planning Co. is not responsible for issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect information.
Third-Party Vendors
We are not responsible for the performance, pricing, availability, or quality of third-party vendors, venues, or service providers. All agreements with vendors are strictly between the client and the vendor.
Limitation of Liability
Wisteria Planning Co. is not liable for:
Weather-related disruptions, vendor or venue failures, injuries, damages, or losses occurring during events. Delays or issues outside of our control.
All services are provided on a best-effort basis.
